Why Testing Matters

Product

The product or sample that was submitted for testing.

Sample / Batch

The identifier used to connect the report with a particular sample or production batch.

Test Method

The method or procedure used by the testing laboratory.

Result

The measured result provided by the laboratory.

Reference / Limit

Where applicable, the relevant specification or reference value used to interpret the result.
